Can I return my products if they are no longer needed?
It is possible to return your products but please contact us to arrange this prior to sending back the goods. We will issue a RAN (a Returns Authorisation Number) and ask you to email or tell us some information about your order, the issue and the product in general. We will then inform you what to do from there.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
It is important for us to process your return as soon as possible, but in busy periods this may take up to 30 days. Please feel free to contact us to find out the progress of your return.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Sometimes however rare, product are faulty. As a business we ensure all our products are tested by our manufacturers but occasionally something slips through the net. In this unlikely event, please refer to the question above with relation to contacting us prior to any return. We will give you a RAN (a Returns Authorisation Number) and ask you to email us some details before sending the item back to us. From there we will then inform you what to do.

Can you provide or help me find an electrician?
It is really important to get a good and qualified electrician to fit your lighting where appropriate. We do not employ electricians directly but you could consider recommendations from friends and family. Or consider looking in your local paper or online. Make sure you always ask for proof of their ability and skills.

How long will my order take?
Orders may vary due to stock levels, but we aim to keep every product in stock at all times. At point of order, we will inform you if we have not currently got your entire order in stock, and we will estimate a timescale to delivery completion.
Consult a qualified electrician. Don’t attempt to install electrical products unless qualified to do so.
Don’t mix different types of products on the same circuit. EG. Leds, with Halogen or fluorescent.
Refer to our data sheets for all our products, and take a look at our instructions. These are both available for download on our website.
Ensure you test the intended circuit prior to installation so that any issues can be more easily rectified and identified prior to fitting the LED.
